Atom Sofia Questions

I need to get a reference design for a rockchip atom processor. I want to build a phone and I need a reference design to get me started. I need to Build of Material(BOM) of the components.

I would prefer to have as much of it be Intel as possible because I'm a partner w/privileged access and it counts towards my Gold Status. I'd like to move up to Platinum if I can too :-)

Can someone direct me in the right direction?

Will ATOM SOFIA sales count towards quota?

1. Will SOFIA Atom sales count towards partner quota?

2. What are the embedded forums or can you direct me to read me first section so I can be productive here? I can't keep posting around these sloppy forums with no results.
