I need to get a reference design for a rockchip atom processor. I want to build a phone and I need a reference design to get me started. I need to Build of Material(BOM) of the components.
I would prefer to have as much of it be Intel as possible because I'm a partner w/privileged access and it counts towards my Gold Status. I'd like to move up to Platinum if I can too :-)
Can someone direct me in the right direction?
Thanks you for contacting the Intel Embedded Community.
Based on the information stated in the forum https://software.intel.com/en-us/blogs/2015/04/09/introducing-intel-atom-x3-code-named-sofia-soc-pro... Introducing Intel® Atom™ x3 (Code-Named "SoFIA") SoC Processor Series, you need to address your request to the https://software.intel.com/en-us/forum Intel(R) Developer Zone Forum.
It is important to let you know that the Intel(R) SoFIA processors are not part of the embedded device family. You can confirm at the information stated at the http://ark.intel.com/compare/87462,87461,87531,87460,87530 ARK | Compare Intel® Products web site.
We hope that this information is useful to you.
Carlos A, why would you refer me to a software forum for hardware questions? I hate how Intel puts you guys to troll these forums...
Will ATOM SOFIA sales count towards quota?
Answer these questions for me:
1. Will SOFIA Atom sales count towards partner quota?
2. What are the embedded forums or can you direct me to read me first section so I can be productive here? I can't keep posting around these sloppy forums with no results.
Also, who do I give feedback to about this forum. Maybe if it was designed better you could help me and I could spend less energy double posting everywhere.
Thanks for your updates.
In order to clarify our first communication, we have addressed to the mentioned web sites because they provide links that will help with your initial question.
