E3805 RTC

I designed a board for the E3805 processor. I'm trying to run it. But I have a problem.

RTC_VCC is high

ILB_RTC is high

V3P3A is high

V1P0A is high

V1P8A is high

PMC_RSMRST is high

But I do not have RTC_Clock and PMC_SUSCLK[0].

What am I doing wrong?

There was no signal 32768 Hz and system did not start. Now the problem is solved.
