Hello,

I am FAE on Avnet Brazil, and I have a customer with Atom C3000 Deverton in their own SOM.

He tried to access the documentation of C300 through the link bellow, because he needs to study if it has some modifications on erratas and other updates:

https://tigris.intel.com/scripts-edk/viewer/UI_UpdateDesignKits.asp?edkID=12143&ProdID=43941&CatID=0

But this link doesn't work anymore and we discovered the C3000 is under NRND.

So, I have two things that I need help.

1) for when will be the EOL (End-of-Life) of their parts:

Name

PN 01

CI Processor Atom C3558, 2200MHz (FBGA15-34x28mm-1310balls)

HW8076502639302S R388

CI Processor Atom  C3308, 1600MHz (FBGA15-34x28mm-1310balls) *PbFree

HW8076502639802S R38D

CI Processor Atom  C3758, 2200MHz (FBGA15-34x28mm-1310balls) *PbFree

HW8076502639402S R389

2) How can I give the access of these documents for my customer?

Obs: I didn't put more information of my customer, because I dont know if this message is open to anyone in community or not.

Thank you

Best regards

Flávio Batista

Hello @Flavio_Batista,

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

Yes, this is public, it may be best if you use internal channels for NDA topics like IPS, but I think you may refer your customer to the following links:

The C3000 family is Denverton, and it is not supported anymore, but still they can access the following link and check all the documentation available at this moment.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/platforms/details/denverton-ns/docs.html

Here is a public list of the processors that are not being actively supported anymore.
