Clarification needed on Intel Atom® Processor E3815

Hello Team,

 

Greetings!!!

 

Can you please advise if product no FH8065301567414 with Spec code SR3V1 is Active and available from INTEL.

 

According to Intel website link this is shown as Retired and Discontinued.

I also checked the PDN's available in Intel website and this part is not at all mentioned in those documents.

 

Please advise.

Hi Diego,

 

Thank you. one of our customers is requesting Product discontinuance notice for product FH8065301567414 with spec code SR3V1.Thier claim is mentioned below.

 

Product page clearly dictates which SKUs are discontinued or not.

Do you have PDN, that proves the discontinuance of the SKU in question?

My apologies, I have been busy with other tasks, please note that the document #632552 is under NDA restriction and I can't share it publicly.

 

I think you can speak with an Intel Sales Representative to get access to this document if you need.

 

But also, you may consider that Bay Trail and also Apollo Lake (the next family) products are no longer being supported and they are discontinued, hence the availability of the products is affected, it may be best if needed, to speak directly with a Sales Representative if you need to get these products, as I don't have this information.

Thank you. 

However, our customer, is insisting that this part is active, and they are asking for proof of Discontinuance. Hence, we are unable to convince using the solution you have provided earlier. I would really appreciate if you can help in getting at least an excerpt from this document that this part is discontinue, it will be of great help
