eaELkhart Lake ESPI interface natively support 2 or more SuperIO?

Dear Guys,

      I have encountered a issue case, that Elkhart lake BIOS code said that eSPI device ID of 1 is only available on PCH_H, but the PDG said it support up to 4 devices. So I'm a bit confused.  Is it a datasheet bug or code bug? Pls give a help on it...
