How add GPO,Interrupts and I2c informations on ATOM.How to pass gpio pin numbers information to the driver.

I have downloaded tianocore/edk2 and builded firmware image and flashed into Minnowboard and I am using 4.15.18 Stable kernel.Here My doubt is how to access/map (enable/disable) GPIO,Interrupt and I2c.Through Platform data or ACPI(.asl at kernel(.aml)) or we need to change at UEFI.Please explain how to do this one and please give examples.
