We facing serious problems with FSP memory initialization. Those were described in various places:
We have signed CNDA and other required documents. We believe we could handle problem by ourselves, but do not have access to source code or debugging version of FSP for Braswell.
What is the official procedure to request FSP source code?
If obtaining source code is impossible, then the question is how we can access debugging version of Braswell FSP (or any other) ?
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
Reviewing the Memory initialization fails in Braswell FSP forum mentioned on your previous communication, it is related to the Intel(R) Celeron(R) Processors J3060 and J3160, which are non-embedded devices as you may notice at the following screenshot:
This information and more details related to these devices can be found at:
By the way, it is under Braswell channel that is out our scope of support as you may notice at the follow screenshot:
You can confirm this information at:
However, in order to help you we will contact you via email.
@Mæcenas_INTEL who is responsible for that forum? As you can see it is very hard to get support there.
BTW my question is not about Braswell, let's imagine we talking about Bay Trail. How can I get access to Bay Trail FSP? What is the procedure?
Thanks for your reply.
In case that your requests stated at this thread are related to Bay Trail instead of Braswell the procedure is the same stated in our email.
On the other hand, in order to find the person in charge of the mentioned support channel feel free to review the threads to find who is answering them frequently.
We hope that this information may help you.
