Intel Atom x7211RE Processor MDDS Underfill CAS no issue

Since customers need to have a clear understanding of the material composition items in the system they set up for the parts, the MDDS of the x7211RE does not specify the "underfill" CAS no. (Figure 1).

However, past customers know that, for example, the Underfill for the x7835FE always includes a Underfill CAS no (Figure 2).
