Intel C3000 SMBus (00:1f.4) – Status INTx- → INTx+ Detected

When I did 1000 times cold boot test, the log sometimes display Intx from - to +, the failure rate is 9.5%. Is this known issue or critical issue? Is there any way to resovle this?
