Hello,
In one of our Intel Atom E3815 based board, PMC_SLP_S4# & PMC_SLP_S3# signals are going Low (may be CPU is getting reset) after 5 seconds, causing power supply turning-off......
After asserting PMC_PWRBTN# signal for 4 seconds, PMC_SLP_S4# & PMC_SLP_S3# are asserted and cpu turns-On (comes out of reset) .... but after 5 seconds, it again goes down....
To strike out impact of Firmware on this event, I erased PCU Flash .... but still same problem is occurring ....
This problem is not happening on other boards with same design ....
What could be the possible reason for such event ??

we mounted new processor on the concerned board and it worked....
So may be processor got malfunctioned .... but what could be the possible reason for it?
