Hello SGovi3,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

To better assist you, please clarify the following:

  1. What is the full model number of your Intel product?
  2. Are you developing or designing any hardware or software?
  3. Is your problem related to firmware design? Is that using EDK2? https://github.com/tianocore/tianocore.github.io/wiki/EDK-II

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

Intel Model No: XEON E-2176M

Developing coreboot for above hardware.

Yes. We are using edk2 source and generating uefi payload ourself. We are facing problem here.

If we use compiled uefi payload binary from Intel, keyboard is detecting and able to boot OS.

sgovi

Hello SGovi3,

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, your questions are out of the scope of support of this Intel Processors forum. We are moving this thread to the "Embedded Intel Atom® Processors" subforums as there have been some questions about these topics there.

Additionally, I will recommend you to check with our Intel Developer Zone for additional help: https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/home.html
