The last version EMGD driver of Atom N2000/D2000 is:
Intel® Embedded Media and Graphics Driver v1.15.1 for Intel® Atom™ Processor N2000 and D2000 Series
There is no Open GL driver for WEC7 in this version.
Will there be Open GL support for Atom N2000/D2000 under WEC7 in the future ?
Thanks.

Welcome back Jozsefkiss, you are right that there is no Open GL driver for WEC7 in this version.
And I'm not sure that there will be Open GL support for Atom N2000/D2000 under WEC7 in the future.
Sorry for helpless, maybe you could try to change OS under Windows 7, Open GL 3.0 will be supported.

WilliamC is correct. During the product planning cycle for D2000/N2000 it was determined that OpenGL was not a requirement for the platform and that only the Windows graphics calls would be accelerated. If you need OpenGL on that chipset, you should use Linux or full Windows, otherwise you will need to change you application to use Windows graphics calls instead of OpenGL. This has been the published POR for the chipset since we first started planning the productline.
Sorry this does not fit your needs. Have you looked into the follow on processors??
