Hello,
Does intel provides any software application/solution which can provide estimate of power consumption/dissipation by the intel atom processor E3800 series?
Thanks & Regards
Gaurav

Dear AdolfoS
This is in addition to the discussion on power consumption by intel atom processor .... How can we measure power consumption by the processor for our custom design in which many of the interfaces will be non-operational .... and measurement of power consumption is required prior to the design of processor board.
As per the datasheet, maximum power consumption ( based on maximum current required for different power rails) will be approx. 16 Watt (much more than TDP 5Watt) ....

Dear Carlos_A
Thanks for your reply...
None of the shared link provides calculation for power consumption for intel atom E3815 prior to hardware design... power checker utility needs the processor platform to run... generally most of the processors/fpga comes with the utility for power calculation for required needs...so that power budget can be done prior to design completion...
