Hello Intel Community,

                                          I would like to know whether we can use Uboot as a bootloader on intel X6212re processor. If Yes, then please redirect me to any resources or website to follow for building UBOOT for the above mentioned processor. I would like to know if there are any pre built images available for Elkhart Lake range of processors please let me know.

Hello, @vinayak_rk:

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

The Intel Atom® x6212RE Processor is part of the Elkhart Lake (EHL) processors, as you may confirm on the following website:

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/207902/intel-atom-x6212re-processor-1-5m-cache-1-20-ghz.html

Reviewing the bootloader options stated in the third row of the table in the Software Overview section of the EHL platform brief, the one mentioned by you is not listed as POR. You may confirm on the following website:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/processors/embedded/enhanced-for-iot-platform-brief.html

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.
