I am looking for reliability data (MTBF and Useful life) of processors E3826 and E3930.

Would you please provide me with the information, if available?

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

The E3826 - Bay Trail is discontinued and out of support and the E3930 - Apollo Lake is getting out of support at the end of this month.

I recommend that you check for the following families regarding embedded low power products, Elkhart Lake or Alder Lake N, what processor may be suited for your needs.
