SDIO Driver for use during Setup on US15W

I am trying to setup WES7 directly to a SD card on US15W Poulsbo. The SD card is not available during the setup in the "Where do you want to install Windows?" dialog and using the "Load Driver" does not work either.

I have drivers that work when they are added to Win after it has first been installed to another, conventional drive.

Is there a way or a driver that makes the SD drive available to install to it from setup?
