Something materials about the Atom E3950，especially the pin descriptions

Hello,

First,I want to find some datasheet about the Atom E3950 ,and i want to know how to connect the E3950 CPU with the Debugger (Lauterbach),so i need to know the E3950's PIN description,especially the JTAG pins,but i can't find the related documents,so can you recommend some useful documents?

Secondly,i'd like to choose one EVB board with Atom E3950 CPU and MIPI debug port,do you have any proper product to recommend? Thanks.😅
