The Intel website for C3808 specifies max TDP as 25W and also states “System and Maximum TDP is based on worst case scenarios. Actual TDP may be lower if not all I/Os for chipsets are used.”
C3808 supports 16 PCIE lanes, 16 SATA3.0 ports, 8 USB ports, 4 10GbE ports.
However, we are using only 6 PCIe lanes (4 PCIe 3.0 and 2 at PCIe2.0), 2 USB ports and one 10GBaseKR port. SATA, VGA are not used
Would it be possible to get estimate for TDP for our use case [6 PCIe lanes (4 PCIe 3.0 and 2 at PCIe2.0), 2 USB ports and one 10GBaseKR port]- consider all cores at Max TDP but only the IO interfaces that we have are connected?
