The eeupdate tool for linux x86-64 system outputs "No such file or directory"

The Intel ATOM processor scripts from the Linux x86-64 version of the tools provided to program the Etherenet I210 EEPROM fails to execute on my Yocto generated image.  I incorporated the Intel tool eeupdate64e and the iqvlinux tool driver in my image.  The eeupdate64e executable outputs the following message "No such file or directory".  The gdb debugger has an issue with the first line of the executable.

I think for i210, you may try using igb.
