UART subdevice issues

Hi, I'm unsure if this is the correct place for my question. But here goes!

I have an Intel Atom E3950 where I run Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC

I have 4 COM ports, where COM1 and 2 behaves just as expected.

However the two other ports (COM3 and COM4) are marked as "UartSub Device"

I cannot get these to work at all, it seems from the Device Manager, that I am missing a driver or such.

Any ideas where I can obtain these drivers? Or how to finish configurating these COM ports

Hello @sorenpdk,

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

Apollo Lake is no longer supported, I checked and it seems the drivers we had for this platform are no longer available in RDC.

I have tried to look what driver was recommended, I have found this one, it mentions that it works for 64 bits and it is in Dell's site.

https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=p2dp4

I hope this helps.

Best regards,
