BSDL files for ATOM Z520 and POULSBO chipset

Hello,

I had to redesign a computer board module due to some obsolete components.

On this board we are using:

- ATOM Z520PT : CH80566EE014DT SLGPP

- SCH POULSBO chipset : LE82US15EE-SLGQ9

The processor is fetching BIOS data, but it seems that some addresses tracks (or solder) between the processor and the chipset have problem.

So, I need BSDL files for those two components to debug the board using boundary scan.

Can someone is able to provide me the two BSDL files for those components?

Unfortunately these components are from a discontinued platform and we don't have any documentation related available in our resources.

I'm sad that Intel doesn't have these files anymore.

I think we found the problem on our board, threre is an inversion on data stobe diffrential pair (P and N signal are inverted on 2 strobes).
