Could you please help me for the requested part below? 

ITEM NUMBER - FFV1H-CPU-0222-01

DESCRIPTION - NIL, CPU, ATOM PROCESSOR, P532

MPN - NN8069204099502 SRL3R, 99AM3N

 

I need to confirm a reflow temperature (Peak Temperature) for the above part number. 

Please help me on this.
