Unable to download Mobile Intel GM45 Express chipset driver (Intel Embedded Graphics Driver) for Windows XP SP3

I've been trying to download the Mobile Intel GM45 Express chipset driver (Intel Embedded Graphics Driver) from the page http://edc.intel.com/Software/Downloads/IEGD http://edc.intel.com/Software/Downloads/IEGD but the download progresses to 70% or 80% and begins all over again since it is a nonresumable download. The download url currently being returned by the "download" button is: http://edc.intel.com/Download.aspx?id=1154&returnurl=/Embedded/HwSw/Software/IEGD/IEGD_10_3_1_GOLD.zip http://edc.intel.com/Download.aspx?id=1154&returnurl=/Embedded/HwSw/Software/IEGD/IEGD_10_3_1_GOLD.zip. I've also read and followed all the instructions on page http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-003837.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-003837.htm but haven't been able to work out a solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDC tech support team tells me they checked this link today and it successfully downloads and the zip opens OK. This is a large file download so it might be network issues either on your end or even on Intel end if there was heavy traffic when you tried it. I personally tried and it failed for me but I am in a place with spotty connectivity today.
