You may find the answer to your first question in section 23.5, on pages 315 and 316 of the Elkhart Lake External Design Specifications (EDS) - Volume 1 document # 601458, which is the document requested on your last question. You can find it when you are logged into your Resource & Design Center (RDC) privileged account on the following website:
