When switching the display language of Windows Embedded POSReady 7, the users run in trouble, because the options are not readable.
Choosing the display language and the format of the OS in English everything is fine.
Choosing the display language and the format in German the error comes up (After Log off / on).
After that the format changing will repair (readable in English) the effect (just in time).
But after rebooting it is still there.
So, if you choose the whole "german" (or other than "english") enviroment the error will confuse the user.

The Intel EMGD for Windows 7 Version 36.15.0.1243 doesn't have the "Can't load Resource" - Problem.
MSC-Technologies got this version direct from Intel support center.
Thank you for supporting me.

Hello, Softi:
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
In order to better help you, we would like to address the following questions:
Could you please tell us if the affected design has been developed by you or is a third party one? In case it is a third party one, could you please give us all the information (manufacturer name, model, documentation) related to it?
Could you please give us the part numbers of the processor and chipset related to this situation?
Please let us know all the requested information.
We really appreciate your cooperation.
Best regards,
Carlos_A.

Hello Carlos,
thank you for supporting me.
I can't understand, why the hardware is so important for this issue, because it is a software and operating system problem, but here are the answers to your questions:
We use a Q7-Board from MSC Technologies (MSC Q7-BT).
The MSC Q7-BT module is based on the Qseven Rev. 2.0 and using Intel's multi-core System-On-Chip (SOC) Atom generation E38xx.
https://www.msc-technologies.eu/products/boards/qseven/msc-q7-bt.html https://www.msc-technologies.eu/products/boards/qseven/msc-q7-bt.html
The versions Intel Atom E3826 DC 1.46GHz (MSC Q7-BT-26-4042I PCBFTX) and Intel Atom E3825 DC 1.33 GHz (MSC Q7-BT-25-2201I PCBFTX) are in use.
I found various issues like this one on the web. (e.g. https://communities.intel.com/thread/52483 https://communities.intel.com/thread/52483).
May be there are problems with the MUI-Resource-Loading? https://msdn.microsoft.com/de-de/library/windows/desktop/dd374068(v=vs.85).aspx https://msdn.microsoft.com/de-de/library/windows/desktop/dd374068(v=vs.85).aspx
Best regards,

Hello, Softi:
Thanks for your reply.
We suggest you contact the manufacturer of the affected boards because they have all the information related to their implementations and have a clear idea of the way to solve any problem associated to their designs.
Please address your question to the https://www.msc-technologies.eu/support/systems/support.html MSC technologies Support as a reference.
We hope that this information may help you.
Best regards,

Hello Carlos,
I already did that.
But it's not clear why the Intel Software shows this behavior in dependency of the MSC-Hardware. Is there no way to looking for or configure to avoid this behavior?
Best regards,

Hello, Softi:
Thank your reply.
It is important to let you know that the OEM sometimes work with Intel to customize their drivers, so if there is an error on the driver, or there is a change, the OEM is the only one authorized to do the change.
Due to this fact, please follow our previous suggestions.
We hope that this information is useful.
Best regards,
