Simulate simple 4K texture rendering using OpenGL and the FreeGLUT library. The rendering window size is 3840x2160, and the texture size is also 3840x2160, with an FPS of 60. The texture data is updated every frame (using 60 pre-created bitmap data). The vertex data is very simple, consisting of 4 vertices and 2 triangles. The hardware in use is an Intel® Core™ i7-11850HE Processor with UHD integrated Graphics, and the system is Ubuntu. Testing shows that on Ubuntu 24, using the intel_gpu_top tool, the GPU usage is 60%, but on Ubuntu 22, the GPU usage exceeds 85%.
who can tell me why ubuntu22, gpu consume 85%? is the uhd can't support 4k render?
in ubuntu24 and windows system, the test program use gpu below 60%.
all ubuntu 24 and 22 system is pure clean and has installed the graphics driver already.
thanks for u help!

The hardware we use is an integrated product provided by a third party. I need to check with the relevant person to confirm the vendor, including the motherboard and CPU. Thank you for your response!
btw: I don't know if there are any tools on Ubuntu to verify the driver version and the Mesa library. Or are there any tools to test the performance of integrated graphics and provide more detailed resource usage data? now i only use intel_gpu_top to show gpu usage
