I'm looking for Intel Processor’s (INTEL- i3-10100TE, 2.30 GHz) thermal resistances specifically Junction-to-Case and Junction-to-Ambient which is not available in datasheet. Also, datasheet mentions maximum junction temperature TJ = 100C.
Also, can someone please share the Product Mechanical drawing for this component.
The processor is mounted on MANO540 motherboard.
Please let me know if you need any other information.
