Thermal resistances (thetaJC and thetaJA)

I'm looking for Intel Processor’s (INTEL- i3-10100TE, 2.30 GHz) thermal resistances specifically Junction-to-Case and Junction-to-Ambient which is not available in datasheet. Also, datasheet mentions maximum junction temperature TJ = 100C.

Also, can someone please share the Product Mechanical drawing for this component.

The processor is mounted on MANO540 motherboard.

Please let me know if you need any other information.

Thanks!

Hello @Ambarish,

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

We don't have these values but you can check document #609267 - Comet Lake S - Thermal Mechanical Design Guide.

Hi @Diego_INTEL

Thanks for the reply.

I'm not able to access the document #609267 even after logging into Comet Lake S documentation page.

The document could be removed, or I do not have access to it.

Could you please help me out on this.

Thanks!
