BIOS recovery mechanism

Hello Experts,

I have Cougar canyon CRB Huronriver Platform with AMI bios. we would like to reprogram it with Phoenix BIOS. If in case of any wrong binaries ported into the CRB I would like to know the recovery mechanism. The User guide(457573) has no much info on this. Can you please provide the steps to recover the board so that i can proceed furthur.
