CATERR# Error with Raptor Lake H i7-13800HE

Hello Intel,

I have a project with Raptor Lake H i7-13800HE platform.
But during power on debug state I found a strange situation that platform will hang up when S5 to S0 in sometime(it still has chance to achieve S0 successfully). When fail happen 80 post will show "FA" code. And do SVID signal measurement and decoding found fail case won't send set Vcore Slow VID command(Figure 1).

Measure the CATERR#  signal observed it will be pull low in fail case(Figure 2).

May I know if there is any suggestion about this issue?

And how could I check the error log of CATERR#?
