I accidentally disabled the Integrated Intel Graphics Card from the Device Manager on my Windows 10 computer. And so now the screen never shows anything, including when I try restarting in SafeMode.
And so I tried entering BIOS mode on startup by repeatedly pressing F2 as the computer turns on, but it doesn't work (the screen is still black and doesn't show anything).
I have a Windows 10 Dell desktop with an Intel core i7 9th Gen processor.
Thank you for any assistance

Contact Dell regarding their bios and bios recovery.
