Hello,
The CPU model indicated in the subject is just an example... My question is more general about the conditions of DDIO support when an embedded 13th Gen Core CPU is coupled with an R680E PCH.
Doc #785191 (Jan 24) ”Intel® Data Direct I/O (Intel® DDIO) on 13th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors (Codename: Raptor Lake)” reads on page 8 : “When WRC is set to [Enabled] (in the BIOS), Intel® DDIO will be active for I/O devices connected directly to the CPU via the PCI Express Graphics (PEG) slots. Intel® DDIO is inactive for I/O devices attached via the Platform Controller Hub (PCH).”
When an R680E PCH is attached to the CPU, can the R680E's internal TSN interfaces - seen as RCiEP (Root Complex Integrated Endpoint) - take benefit of DDIO ?
Thanks in advance,
Christophe
