Details of Intel Part Number

Hello,

I'm trying to find a resource that describes the details of the Intel processor part numbers.  Specifically, I'm trying to find out what the difference is between the following part numbers:

CM8066201938000
CM8066201938000S R2LR

Are these the same processor?
