Does Intel chipset G41 support VT-X with Q9400 processor? Have any dependency? Please reply asap

But I got a message "virtualized intel vt-x/ept is not supported on this platform". VT-X is enable in BIOS. also dose not work. what is the reason?
Note: I use G41 Chipset motherboard.

Sounds link a problem with your motherboard/bios. I would contact the motherboard manufacturer. Also, what OS are you running? If Windows 10, the G41 chipset is not supported.
