Does anyone have the pin outs/diagram of this device-E5-2658 v4? I reviewed the Electrical Datasheet vol 1 and 2 but it's not there? Also go by part# CM8066002044801 SR2NB.

Unfortunately, the CPU you are using (E5-2658 v4) is discontinued since 2019, therefore documentation about this product is no longer available.

i don't know why Intel have datasheets with the Electrical and Package drawing but no Pin Outs?
How are you work with that? I wonder how long they archive their datasheets, does any know?
