Hi RobCollinsAerospace,
Thank you for contacting Intel Technical Support regarding the N80C51GB part number. I understand you're looking for official testing information for CPUs you've located, and I appreciate you reaching out for guidance.
I want to acknowledge your request for testing plans and procedures related to this specific part number. To better assist you and ensure I provide the most appropriate information, could you please help me understand:
- What is the intended purpose or application for these CPUs?
- Are you comfortable sharing what type of testing or validation you're looking to perform?
- What is your ultimate goal with this testing - is it for qualification, reliability assessment, or another specific requirement?
Understanding your specific needs will help me direct you to the right resources or connect you with the appropriate team that can assist with legacy component testing information.
I'll work to get you the information you need once I better understand your requirements.
Best regards,

Thank you for your reply
We are looking for the most appropriate way to test the chip functionality same as if they were coming off the line. Rochester electronics procured these chips untested and we have no plan to test them to ensure they work. Do you have anything that states how Intel would have tested them as they come off the line to ensure they are quality parts?

Hi RobCollinsAerospace,
Thank you for providing the additional details about your testing requirements. I understand you need information on how Intel would have tested the N80C51GB chips during production to ensure functionality, as Rochester Electronics procured these chips untested and you need to establish a proper testing protocol.
Your request for Intel's original production test procedures for the N80C51GB is quite specific and involves legacy component testing documentation. I need to check this internally to provide you with accurate information about available test plans or procedures that Intel may have used for this particular part number.
I will get back to you once I have information available regarding for the N80C51GB processors.
Thank you for your patience while I investigate this request.
Best regards,
Dean R.

Hello @RobCollinsAerospace,
It seems this forum has been transferred to the Intel Embedded Community, but this part is not being actively supported and I'm not able to find any information regarding it in our resources, my apologies.
I think that you can try to refer to an Intel Sales Representative near your zone, but as this part is not actively supported it may be hard to get the details that you need.
Best regards,
