FC-LGA14A vs FC-LGA14C, i3-9100E

Please help to advise what does the 14A and 14C means and difference between them?

Our customer need to know the difference as this may affect their design.

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

The name means Flip Chip, Land Grid Array and the letter at the end of the package name is referred to the stepping of the SKU.

Hello @YB,

I was looking for the Product Change Notification and they are mentioned like small changes and only in package level so it shouldn't be any difference with the steppings.

So, in terms for design and socket, the stepping will not affect, the change is in the package and the socket is the LGA1151.
