Hello, @vvard1:

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

In order to be on the same page, could you please let us know the part numbers and SKUs of the devices related to this thread? By the way, could you please clarify if the project related to it has been designed by you or a third-party company? In case that it is s a third-party unit, please give us all the information related to it.

Waiting for the information that should answer these questions.

Best regards,

Thanks for your update.

The SKU is also named SSPEC number, which is stated in the top side markings of the processors. You can confirm this information and more details in Component Marking Information section, on pages 16 and 17 of the Intel Atom(R) Processor E3800 Specification Update document # 329901 that can be found at the following website:

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/specification-updates/atom-e3800-family...

On the other hand, the information that may help you is stated in section 6.2.1; on pages 14, 15, and 16 of the Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor E38XX I2C Module Software Driver Design Specification document # 560112. This document is accessible when you are logged into your Resource Design Center (RDC) privileged account at:

http://www.intel.com/cd/edesign/library/asmo-na/eng/560112.htm

In case that you want to update your RDC account to privileged, you should fill out the form stated at the following website:

We hope that this information may help you.
