IP-NIOS (NIOS II Fast Core) - License Migration Issue

Dear Sir, 

I am using Quartus Prime LITE with my purchased IP-NIOS (NIOS II Fast Core), and now want to transfer it to new laptop. 

Went to licensing center, and tried it, but got error message - License Rehosting Issue. I need to transfer it into my new laptop, and old one will not be used. 

How to solve this problem? Could you give me a quick support ?
