Intel CNDA for Small Groups

I am making a small board with Intel CPUs.

I have heard that I should sign a CNDA with Intel for getting Intel(R) Atom(TM) Series Datasheet or CAD Libraries.

How does it cost for small groups (below 5 members)?

And how can I sign a CNDA?

Please help...
