Hey! I wanted to know if a embedded CPU (Core i9-10900E) would work in a non-embedded motherboard? (10900E in a W480 or Z490 for example)

I hoping to purchase the i9-10900E for one of the following motherboards. Both motherboards don't have embedded CPU on their support page. Both boards, however, have the i225-LM which is a "embedded" Intel NIC.

- ASRock W480 CREATOR LGA 1200 Intel W480 SATA 6Gb/s ATX Intel Motherboard

- ASUS Pro WS W480-ACE LGA 1200 Intel W480 SATA 6Gb/s ATX Intel Motherboard

Caution:  If the proessor is not in the supported processor list from the board manufacturer, IT IS NOT SUPPORTED.

It must be socket, chipset, AND BIOS COMPATIBLE.

Hello, @R_A_M_ :

Thanks for your reply.

You need to address your question for the first motherboard listed in your previous communication, as a reference, by filling out the form stated on the following website:

https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp

On the other hand, your question related to the second motherboard mentioned in your previous communication should be addressed, as a reference, by filling out the form stated on the following website:

Thanks! I will do that.

One other question: What is the all-core turbo of the i9-10900E? I can not find that information about that on the spec sheet. the Intel® Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 Frequency on the spec sheet is "BLANK".

Example: the 10900F has a Intel® Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 Frequency is 5.0GHz. The all-core turbo is 4.6GHz, which is not listed on the 10900F spec sheet.
