It's an I5. I think I have to go check yes it was working fine. Had the little green dot when it didn't need an update and then the red. When it did now that icon in the task bar has no. And when you click on it it goes to browser that says reinstall. I've reinstalled and repaired. I booted in safe mode. I've done everything and the PC that it's on has all the Microsoft updates. I've done the scans on the PC and even done the verifications on the PC and everything's fine with the PC

I found a workaround that may worth a try. Can you try the tool using Firefox, to check how it goes in this case.
