Hello,
We noticed that the official Intel FSP repository on GitHub (https://github.com/intel/FSP) provides only the release build for the Intel Alder Lake-N platform, and the latest available version there is v6457_50.
We would like to request access to a debug/trace-enabled version of the Intel Firmware Support Package (FSP) v6457_50, as this would be very helpful for performing bring-up and debugging on our board.
Additionally, could you confirm whether the latest release version v6457_50 supports the MT62F1G32D2DS-023 WT:B LPDDR5x memory?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello @MihaiGruieti ,
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
As explained in a similar post originated by your account, FSP is a free open-source code provided "as is", so its main support is given on the GitHub community (not on this or any other Intel support channel), so please submit this request or other FSP related issue on the following link: https://github.com/intel/FSP/issues
Best regards,
Jaime L.

Hello @MihaiGruieti,
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
For a debug FSP, you can request it in IPS, opening a case with a subcategory BIOS > Intel® FSP. A Premier account is required for this.
For memory, the recommendation is to use the latest MRC, please check document #868299.
Best regards,

Hello @Diego_INTEL,
Thank you for the reply.
We have tried to access the following site: https://premiersupport.intel.com/IPS/s/
But all we see is a white page. Do you know why is this happening?
Thank you in advance.

Hello @MihaiGruieti,
Please check the following article.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057045/ethernet-products.html
As for a Premier account is necessary to sign an NDA, you may look for an Intel Sales Representative near your zone to get further help with your account and get help to access to IPS support.
Best regards,

@Diego_INTEL ,
As ai I have told you, we do have an NDA in place and a premier developer account. It is really strange that you cant provide basic information, every time no matter what we ask we get same criptic non sense answer. Again NDA is signed and developer account is registered and approved as premier developer account since long time ago.
