N150 thermal information

Can you kindly tell me the minimum operating temperature and the junction to case thermal resistance (R Theta JC) for the N150 processor?

From the EDS, document #645548, I have that the Tj goes from 0° C to 105° C.

The value of R Theta JC usually is not provided but you may check document #724596 - Thermal Mechanical Design Guide Addendum
