Hi, what are the operating limits (min and max) for the Intel® Q670E Chipset component? I cannot find it on the datasheet. Thank you!

Sure, The Intel® Q670E Chipset operating junction temperature range is specified as:

Minimum Operating Junction Temperature: 0°C
Maximum Operating Junction Temperature: 100°C
