QAT on Atom C2000

Hello all,

I'm trying to use QAT on Debian with Intel Atom C2316, but I see some problems with drivers and init scripts because `qat_service` can't detect HW. 

00:0b.0 Co-processor [0b40]: Intel Corporation Atom processor C2000 QAT [8086:1f18] (rev 02)

I built and install the next  qat1.7.l.4.11.0-00001 version.

Should QAT work on Intel Atom C2316?
