I am reaching out to inquire whether Intel provides access to detailed circuit diagrams for its processors for research and analysis purposes. If so, I would greatly appreciate information on how I can obtain access to these diagrams or any relevant resources where they may be available.

We got some .brd files, customer reference boards that can be useful for tests and designs and other documentation related.

You can get access to the documentation with a Premier account, you may check the following link:

Also, you can reach any Intel Sales Representative near your zone if you would like to acquire a board.
