Hi Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
We are currently engaged in enhancing one of our existing products and have identified the i7-12700TE part as integral to achieving superior performance. At Omnicell, as providers of medical industry products, ensuring the reliability of our systems is paramount to our development efforts.
To this end, we are in the process of validating the reliability of these newly integrated parts. In order to proceed effectively, we kindly request your assistance in providing the reliability analysis data and test records associated with these components. This information will be crucial in ensuring that our system reliability aligns with our predefined targets.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could furnish all relevant data or documentation pertaining to the reliability analysis report, test records, and any other pertinent information.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and prompt attention to this matter.
Looking forward to your swift response,”
Thanks and Regards,
Dipali Bhandare

Hello @i7-12700TE,
You can check this article:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/articles/000078299.html
As being information behind a restricted document I can't share it directly, but using the FIT information provided in the Processor Qualification Report, you can get the Mean Time between Failure (MTBF).
