Seeking C include files for hardware definitions and programming

I remember seeing a reference to in Intel document for 'C' programming include files for Intel devices.  I cannot locate the reference again.

Is there a document that lists or contains 'C' include files defining hardware registers for Intel devices that can be used for device driver development ?
