SPI flash and emmc flash programming capability of Intel System Studio

I have following queries about intel system studio...

Does intel system studio provides modules/tools for programming (writing, erasing) of emmc and SPI flash of Intel atom E3815.?

Does it provide modules/tools for debugging TXE engine?
